Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order will typically be processed through your local post office. General estimated delivery times are 6-9 business days to USA locations and 9-12 business days to international locations.

Due to one of the three areas that an order will be shipping from and depending on where the order is shipping to, arrival times can vary slightly.
Currently, we offer a free shipping cost.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via e-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and order detail. Generally, tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.
Additionally, you can go to your account through our website to check shipping and tracking information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Charminique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Charminique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
**If you feel that the damage occurred due to inadequate packaging from our facilities, please e-mail us with proof of the damage and we will assess the problem and determine how to proceed.**
Once an order has been received and begun processing, we typically are not able to cancel the order since our products are shipped from our facilities in the USA, Europe, and China.
